1. Sourcing the leads for loans through various channels: leaflets, pre-sales, newspaper inserts, classifieds, website, personal visits, etc.
2. Visit of Schools on regular basis & explaining the school management about our product.
3. Choose potential areas/pockets & work on them, so as to generate self-leads.
4. Co-ordinate, manage & drive business through DSAs.
5. Building strong relationships with existing clients to get repeat business & references.
6. Achieve sales targets & maintain the TAT as per norms.
7. First round of meeting with loan seeker to understand his requirement, repayment capacity and loan utilization.
8. Collect all the KYCs, other documents and physically verify them with originals.
